浅议彭子益的医易思想及其理论渊源

摘　　要：彭子益的医易思想集中体现于著作《圆运动的古中医学》一书中,可概括为"依河图之理,构建人体气化圆运动模型",该模型以"天人合一"为构建原理、以"中气为轴、四维为轮"为模型框架、以"相火升降浮沉周流全身"为运作机制,体系完整,自成一家。其理论渊源主要有三,即河图、《黄帝内经》和黄元御。河图的"五行生成说"、《黄帝内经》的"藏象学说"和"脾不主时"说、黄元御的"一气周流"说均对其产生了积极的影响。Embodied in his book ancient Chinese medicine of Circular movement,which can be summarized as＂building circular motion model of human gasification by truth of He Tu＂. With the construction principles of ＂harmony between man and nature＂,the model framework of ＂middle-jiao energy as axis and four-dimensional as round＂,and the operating mechanism of＂ministerialfirecircumfluencebodybyascending-descending-floating-sinking＂,the model has rounded system and being a Separate faction. The three theoretical origins are hetu,Huangdi＇s Internal Classics and huangyuanyu. The theory of generation of five elements from hetu,theory of visceral outward manifestation and theory of Spleen failing to master time from Huangdi＇s Internal Classics,and theory of qi flowing round without stopping from huangyuanyu all have had a positive impact on the thought of pengziyi.
