双重身份教师在多元化人才培养模式下的作用

摘　　要：高校毕业生就业压力的增大与人才培养质量有着直接的联系。本着"以人为本、因材施教"的教育理念,将以往单一化的人才培养模式多元化是提高高校人才培养质量的一种有效途径。在多元化人才培养模式下,具有班导师与专业教师双重身份的高校教师不仅能帮助学生选择最适合自己的培养模式,还能辅助制定具体的多元化人才培养方案,在提高人才质量的过程中发挥着长期而积极的作用。The increase of employment pressure for college graduates was directly related to the quality of talent cultivation. In line with the education concept of ‘people- oriented,teaching students according to their aptitude＇,it was an effective way to improve the quality of college talent cultivation by diversifying the past single cultivation mode.Under this new mode,teachers who have dual roles as class trainer and professional teacher can not only help students to choose the most suitable talent cultivation mode, but also assist making specified talent cultivation program, and accordingly played a long and positive role in quality improvement of college talents.
