摘 要:面向环保疏浚工程堆场底泥脱水干化,开展堆场主动排水工艺的方案设计和实验研究。结果表明:采用絮凝剂、脱水剂与真空抽滤相结合,对于含水率为70%的环保疏浚底泥脱水具有较为显著的效果,在25 d内含水率降低至41.88%,排出水的浊度、CODMn以及p H值满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-96),物理力学指标、沉降时程曲线、孔隙水压力和微型十字板等指标表明土体的固结均匀,为后期处置利用创造了条件。The design and experimental study of stockyard draining technology were carried out in order to resolve the sludge dewatering in environmental protection and dredging projects. The results showed that the combination of flocculants,dehydration agent and vacuum suction-filtration method was effectively applied to the dewatering process of the dredged sludge with 70%water content,and the water content was reduced to be 41.88%within 25 days. The turbidity,CODMn and pH value of the discharged water met Integrated Sewage Discharge Standard (GB8978-96). In addition,the relevant physical and mechanical indices,sedimentation time curve, pore-water pressure and micro-vane etc. proved the uniform consolidation of soil body,which is in favor of the treatment in future.
