摘　　要：综合分析了社会体育指导员队伍建设出现的各种问题,从队伍文化建设缺失,难以形成群体效应、队伍结构失衡,难以满足社会需求、队伍管理运行机制不畅通,队伍稳定性差、成员法律意识淡薄,行为失范现象增多几个角度,探究社会体育指导员队伍规范化发展的深层动因,为进一步提升社会体育指导员队伍的凝聚力,扩大影响力,形成具有品牌优势的社会体育指导员队伍提供参考意见和理论支持。It has an analysis on the various problems of social sports instructor team construction. For the missing of team culture construction,it is difficult to form the group effect. The team structure is out of balance,for the needs in the society,team management and operation mechanism are not clear so the team is lack of stability. The members＇ legal consciousness is weak. The phenomenon of behavior anomie increase. From above the points of view,it is to explore the social sports instructors for deep motivation of development. In order to further enhance the cohesion of the social sports instructors and expand their influence,reference and support theory have been provided.
