摘　　要：大学生网络成瘾是一种由于网络依赖而导致的心理疾病。鉴于当前大学生网络成瘾现状的紧迫性以及危害的严重性,防治大学生网络成瘾成为当前亟待解决的重要课题。为了有效应对大学生网络成瘾,应树立"三维"应对目标,构筑"四维八方"预防体系,同时诉诸操作性定义甄别大学生是否网络成瘾。对于业已成瘾的大学生,采用奖惩强化法与规避奖励法戒除其网瘾。College student intemet addiction is a psychological illness generated by the dependency of internet. In light of its urgency and great harmfulness, combating the college student internet addiction has been the crucial issue at present. In order to effectively tackle the problem, we should set ＂ Three - dimensional＂ goals, build a defense system of ＂ Fourdimensional and All Around＂ and make operational definition to judge whether college students are addicted to internet. And help addicted college students get rid of intemct addiction by adopting the way of reinforcing rewards and punishments, and encouragement of evading.
