摘  要:在介绍X射线透照原理的基础上,对交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电力电缆结构及底片影像进行了分析。以电缆的内部损伤为例,根据底片影像在现场可快速准确地判定电缆的金属护套以及主绝缘的损伤程度,指出不能简单地通过外观来确定内部损伤程度,对于电缆主绝缘损伤及金属护套变形程度,可以通过底片中影像的对比以及测量来确定,此外,从事X射线检验要做好防护工作。Base on the introduction of X-Ray examination theory, the structure and radio-graphic film images of XLPE cahle have been analyzed. The damage of metal sheath and main insulation have been judged according to the film images analyses. The cable damage degree could be quickly judged on site. It has been pointed out that the inner damage degree could not only be determined by outside appearance. The images comparison and measuring could determine the damage degree of cable main insulation and the deformation degree of metal sheath. It has also been pointed out that protection should be paid attention to during X-Ray examination.
