摘　　要：以生猪为对象,从生产、收购、运输、屠宰、销售全过程进行监测和及时有效的信息采集、快速反馈和预警为研究内容,实现异地生猪质量安全信息的全程跟踪与事件溯源,为全面实现农产品质量安全追溯服务提供了理论和技术基础。Based on the live pig as the object, the research contents from the production, purchasing, transportation, slaughtering, to monitor the sales process and timely and effective information collection, quick feedback and warning were selected to realize the tracking and events traceability in the whole process of the quality and safety information of live pig in another place, to provide the theoretical and technical basis on fully realizing the quality and safety traceability service of agricultural product.
