摘　　要：针对影响中国农业科研院所科研管理水平的要素,如科研管理人员素质、管理制度建设、科研档案管理等进行探讨,分析存在的问题,并从提高科研管理队伍素质、完善制度建设、加强科研档案管理等方面,提出提高农业科研单位科研管理水平的建议。The problems existed in management of scientific research of agricultural research institute in our country were pointed out in this paper. Suggestions on enhancing management of scientific research were put forward, i.e., improving the quality of research management team, establishing and improving the management system and strengthening management of scientific research files, and has offered reference for enhancing management of scientific research in agricultural research institutes.
