摘　　要：介绍采用基于PLC的控制系统,对UNC800型闪光对焊机进行顶锻控制,以满足闪光、对焊等设备动作要求。The control system based on PLC is introduced. The upset control of UNC800 flash butt welder is implemented and the operation requirements of flash and butt-welding are met.
