摘　　要：为了提高通信管理机开发质量,降低与硬件装置的耦合度,缩短新规约的开发时间,提出一种智能通信管理机的软件系统架构和设计,并介绍软件系统开发的背景、目标。In order to improve the develop quality of communication manager, reduce the coupling between hardware devices and shorten the development time for the new statute, a novel architecture and design of intelligent communication management software are proposed. The background and object of the system development are introduced.
