摘　　要：伊朗国内球罐整体制造水平偏低,球罐产品依赖进口。文章介绍了SA 516Gr.70N钢制3 000m3 C3CUT球罐制造质量控制。按照ASME相关标准条例的要求制定了合理的制造、安装技术条件。在制造过程中按照ASME相关标准验收条例的规定,对球罐主体材料实物水平进行了分析,各项指标均优于技术要求。通过制定合理的焊接工艺参数,严格控制球罐的焊接质量,同时进行制造厂内的预组装,确保了球罐的安装质量。为我国球罐产品拓展海外市场提供借鉴。The manufacturing level of Iran spherical tank products is very low;therefore,such products are dependent on imports.This paper introduces the manufacture quality control of3,000m3 C3 CUT spherical tank using SA 516 Gr.70N steel.The appropriate manufacturing and installation technical conditions are formulated according to the relevant standard and regulation requirements of ASME.During the manufacture process,the actual product level of the main materials of spherical tank is analyzed according to the requirements of acceptance ordinance of ASME relevant standard.And all the indicators are better than the technical requirements.Through formulating reasonable welding process parameters,controlling the welding quality of spherical tank strictly and pre-assembling in the manufacturer,the installation quality of the spherical tank is well ensured.This provides reference for expanding Chinese spherical tank products to the overseas markets.
