摘  要:往复式压缩机需要进行气量调节,并要求灵活控制。所有气量调节方式中,因Hydro-COM气量无级调节系统具有调节范围宽、能量消耗低、自动集成调节的优点,得到广泛地应用。结合1台具体压缩机,对压缩机膨胀过程进行了分析,以确定吸气阀开启的时间,此时进气阀损最小。对在Hydro-COM系统控制下的压缩机运行进行了分析,解释了100%负荷时也有节能效果的原因、分级控制各级负荷的必要性、各级活塞的位置关系的重要性、低负荷时的调节性能。The gas quantity of reciprocating gas compressor needs to be adjusted and controlled flexibly.Among all the volume adjustment modes,Hydro-COM stepless control system is widely applied because it has the advantages of wide adjustment range,low energy consumption and automatic integrated control.Combining with a specific compressor,this paper analyzes the expansion process of the compressor to determine the opening time of the intake valve.During this process,damage of the intake valve is the minimum.It analyzes the compressor operation under the control of Hydro-COM system and explains the reasons for energy saving effect with 100 percent load,the necessity for hierarchical control over different load levels,the importance of all-level piston positions and the regulation performance under low load.
