摘 要:规范中安全阀定期校验周期与石化企业生产装置长周期运行存在着冲突。文章介绍了风险评价方法在安全阀校验与延长校验周期中的应用流程,即以安全阀失效模式为基础,对安全阀失效可能性以及安全阀失效后果进行分析,同时考虑石化同类装置的特点和运行经验,最终确定了安全阀风险等级和校验周期。采用该风险评价方法对某石化企业大量的安全阀进行了首次风险评价、校验以及再评价的应用,分析该企业安全阀风险等级随时间变化的趋势,在理论与实例应用的基础上确定了该企业的安全阀延期校验原则,在实际应用中收到了较好的效果,针对应用情况提出了在役安全阀实施风险评价的改进建议。There is a conflict between the regular calibration cycle of the safety valve and the longperiod operation of the petrochemical plant stipulated in the standard.This paper introduces the application process of the risk assessment on calibration and extending calibration period of the safety valve,i.e.based on the failure mode of the safety valve,failure possibilities and failure consequences of the safety valve are analyzed.Meanwhile,taking into account the features and operation experiences in other similar petrochemical plants,the level of risk and calibration period of the safety valve are finally determined.This risk assessment method is adopted to make the first risk assessment,calibration and reassessment and analyze the change tendency of the risk level of the safety valve.Based on theory and practical application,the paper defined the principles for the extending period calibration of the safety valve in this company.And good effect has been achieved in practical application.According to the application,this paper brings forward the improvement suggestions for risk assessment on the in-service safety valve.
