摘  要:在生态输水的前提下,解决胡杨更新的问题是胡杨林恢复与保护的关键。论文以额济纳绿洲的胡杨林为研究对象,探讨胡杨种子萌发与种苗生长过程中可能的影响因素,为胡杨林的保护提供理论依据。以胡杨种子和胡杨幼苗为材料,通过不同水平的土壤、水分以及光照的控制试验,探讨三因素对胡杨种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响机制。结果如下:(1)土壤基质和水分与种子萌发和幼苗生长各项指标显著相关,是影响幼苗生长的主要因子。(2)胡杨幼苗对光照有极强的适应性,地上部分生物量的积累随着光照时间的延长而增加,但其根系的生长发育对光照的响应不明显。该试验为胡杨幼苗的培育和胡杨林的更新提供了科学依据。On the premise of sufficient ecological water supply, the successful regeneration of P. euphratica is the key point for its forest revegetation and protection at present. Therefore, according to the previous researches, we chose some factors including the soil substratum, water content, illumination and so on, to assay their influence on the P. euphratica seed germination and seedling growth. The results were as follows.(1)Both the soil substratum and water were significantly correlated with all the growth indexes of P. euphratica seedlings, which meant that their changes would lead to the variances of energy distribution in the seedling growth.(2)P. euphratica seedling had a strong adaptability to illumination: the cumulative over-ground biomass became greater with the illumination time, but the respond of root growth to illumination was not obvious, which was closely related with its habitat.
