摘  要:应用组织学和超薄切片技术对珠江口池塘养殖梭鱼(Liza haematocheila)的肾脏进行显微和超微结构观察。结果显示,梭鱼肾脏肾小体由肾小球和肾小囊构成,肾小体的长径平均为51μm(46—55μm),短径平均为33μm(26—39μm)。肾小囊中分布有较多的足细胞,足突发达。根据梭鱼肾小管上皮细胞的结构特点,将肾小管划分为颈段(NS)、第一近曲小管(PⅠ)、第二近曲小管(PⅡ)和集合管(CS)4个部分。颈段(NS)为立方上皮,PⅠ、PⅡ细胞柱状,有丰富的刷状缘。由肾小管超微结构显示,第一近曲小管重吸收作用最强。文章讨论了不同生境下梭鱼肾微细结构的差异与渗透压调节功能的关系。The microscopic and internal fine structure of the kidney was observed in Liza haematocheila on the coast of Pearl River estuary by using light and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) technique. Results showed that the renal corpuscle was composed of glomerular and renal capsule; mean macroaxis diameter and brachyaxis diameter of renal corpuscle were 51μm(46-55 μm) and 33μm(26-39 μm), respectively. There were many podocytes in renal capsule which had many foot processes sticking to the inner base membrane. They were quite near capillaries. Based on the morphology and structure of epidermic cells, renal tubules were divided into 4 parts which were neck segment(NS), the first proximal segment(PⅠ), the second proximal segment(PⅡ) and collecting segment(CS). The neck segment(NS) cells were cubical epithelium, and there were abundant brush borders at the margo liber of the first proximal segment(PⅠ) and the second proximal segment(PⅡ). The ultrastructure illuminates that the first proximal segment was the most important part to reabsorb crude urine. Relationship between the difference in fine structures of the kidney in this fish under different habitat and function of osmatic regulation was discussed.
