摘　　要：目的构建封闭式负压引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)治疗爆炸伤缺损创面患者健康教育评价标准。方法通过文献资料法、理论分析法、质性研究法及德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法,根据健康信念模式"知、信、行"三级目标理论模式,拟订VSD治疗爆炸伤缺损创面患者健康教育评价标准。结果专家咨询的权威程度系数为0.81,判断系数为0.88,熟悉系数为0.74;最终确定VSD治疗爆炸伤缺损创面患者健康教育评价标准包括I级指标3条、Ⅱ级指标30条,I级、Ⅱ级指标的协调系数分别为0.991、0.476,协调系数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用Delphi法构建的健康教育评价标准可为临床护士开展VSD治疗爆炸伤缺损创面患者健康教育并评价实施效果提供参考依据。Objective To construct health education evaluation criteria of patients with blast injury wounds underwent VSD treatment.Methods Through literature,theoretical analysis,qualitative research method and Delphi（Delphi）expert consultation,according to the health belief model,＂knowledge,believing,action＂three goals theoretical model,to formulate the health education evaluation criteria for patients with blast injury wounds underwent VSD treatment.Results Authoritative expert advice coefficient was 0.81 degree,determination coefficient was 0.88,the familiar coefficient was 0.74;ultimately determine the urinary ostomy patient health education evaluation criteria include indicators of three ClassⅠ,ClassⅡindicators30,Ⅰ-level,grade Ⅱindicators coordination coefficients were 0.991,0.476（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The use of Delphi method to construct health education evaluation criteria provides the reference for clinical nurses to carry out health guidance for patients with blast injury wound underwent VSD treatment and evaluate the application effect.
