摘 要:目的了解海军护理人员远洋卫勤保障任务岗前培训需求情况。方法 2013年10月,便利抽样法选取海军3所医院和基层部队4个门诊部的88名护理人员为研究对象,采用自制的《海军护理人员远洋卫勤保障任务岗前培训需求调查表》对其进行问卷调查。结果海军护理人员远洋卫勤保障任务岗前培训项目需求排在前五位的是英语培训(98.9%)、海上护理操作技巧学习(96.6%)、护理岗位轮训(93.2%)、急危重症患者抢救培训(88.6%)、多元文化护理培训(87.5%),岗前培训方式需求排在前三位的是任务前短期岗前集训(97.7%)、岸基医院规范化岗前培训(95.5%)、单项内容专项培训指导(92.0%),岗前培训时间需求以1~2个月为主。结论海军陆上医院相关部门在护理人员岗前培训中应完善系统合理的培训项目、构建灵活有效的培训方式、选择科学适宜的培训时间,确保护理人员远洋卫勤保障护理任务的圆满完成。Objective To explore the pre-service training needs of navy paramedics ocean medical support mission.Methods By convenience sampling,88 nursing staffs were selected and investigated by using self-designed navynurses medical support mission pre-service training needs questionnaire.Results The first five ranked preservice training project needs were English training(98.9%),learning the sea nursing skills(96.6%),nursing post rotational training(93.2%),the critical patients rescue training(88.6%),multicultural nursing training(87.5%).First three ranked pre-service training methods needs were short-term pre-service training before the task(97.7%),shore-based hospital standardized pre-service training(95.5%),single item content specialized training guidance(92.0%);Pre-service training time requires 1to 2months.Conclusion Naval hospital should make the improvement to the systematic and reasonable training project,constructing flexible and effective training methods,selecting appropriate training time to ensure the mission completed successfully.
