摘　　要：目的为了通过心电图的表现，提高对心肌梗死的早期诊断率。方法将疑似心肌梗死患者心电图的累计资料，作梗死定位的统计分析。结果在结合患者临床症状与体征的前提下，于2004年～2014年对18645例不同类型疑似心肌梗死的心电图进行分类统计。检出各类心肌梗死患者758例。结论非典型心肌梗死的患者人数并非少见，但易于误诊，需要结合患者的临床症状、体征与心电图检查结果，认真作出鉴别诊断。Objective In the cause of early diagnose rate of myocardial infarction by ECG apparent. Methods By borderline case of myocardial infarction add up data and statistics analyse of ECG.Results In the 18645 borderline case of myocardial infarction patients, out of 758 cases and location of myocardial infarction electrocardiogram.On the premise of symptoms, in2004-2014.Conclusions Patients of atypical myocardial infarction do not small number and liable to cause misdiagnosis, requires on the basis of clinical symptom, ECG, complication, physical tidings and result of test make a serious diffential diagnosis.
