摘 要:随着对节能减排的广泛关注,为了减少能源的消耗,冷热电联供系统(CCHP)、可再生能源发电在全球得到了广泛的应用,但传统冷热电联供系统经济调度忽略了污染物排放对环境的影响。为此,考虑各机组运行的环境成本,提出考虑可再生能源的冷热电联供系统环境经济调度模型;考虑可再生能源的随机性,在目标函数中加入可再生能源备用容量补偿成本,借助排污系数法将机组运行的环境成本并入机组运行总费用目标函数中,从而将环境经济调度模型从多目标优化转为单目标优化问题。基于Matlab优化工具箱以IEEE-14节点系统为例进行系统仿真,验证了优化模型的有效性和实用性。With the widespread concern of energy saving and emission reduction,in order to reduce energy consumption,CCHP (Combined Cooling Heating and Power)systems and renewable en-ergy power generation have been widely deployed around the world.The economic dispatch in traditional CCHP systems does not take the environmental impact of the pollutant emissions into consideration.In this paper,on the basis of traditional economic dispatch and considering the en-vironmental costs of each unit,an environmental economic dispatch model for the CCHP system was proposed,and the stochastic nature of renewable energy was considered.The reserve capacity compensation cost of renewable energy was added into the objective function.And then the pollutant emission coefficient method was adopted,which added the environmental costs of each unit operation to the objective function of the total unit operation cost,thus the double-objective environmental/economic dispatch problem was converted into single-objective optimization problem. Finally,based on optimization toolbox of Matlab,the optimization simulation of IEEE-14 bus system as an example was performed,and the results proved the efficiency and practicality of the optimization model.
