摘 要:在含蜡苯丙复合乳液中分别加入絮凝剂硫酸钠(Na2SO4)、氯化镁(MgCl2)、氯化钙(CaCl2)和硫酸铝(Al2(SO4)3),研究含蜡苯丙复合乳液的凝集行为。通过激光粒度分析仪(DES)和扫描电镜(SEM)观察凝集过程中乳胶粒的粒径、粒径分布及其形貌变化,研究了絮凝剂的种类和用量对乳液凝集行为的影响,并探讨了乳液的凝集机理。结果表明:四种无机离子的絮凝能力为Al3+〉Ca2+〉Mg2+〉Na+,随着絮凝剂用量增加,凝集速率增快;加入5phr Al2(SO4)3,乳胶粒粒径在1h时快速增长至5-7μm,可满足聚合墨粉的使用要求;乳液的凝集主要经历了乳胶粒长大成粒子簇以及粒子簇的聚并两个过程。The aggregation behavior of wax-containing styrene-acrylic composite emulsion was studied with using sodium sulfate (Na2SO4), magnesium chloride (MgCl2), calcium chloride (CaCl2) and aluminum sulfate (Al2(SO4)3) as coagulants, respectively. The effects of the coagulant types and content on aggregation behavior were investigated by observing particle size, particle size distribution and morphology change of latex particle during the aggregation process by the dynamic light scattering (DLS) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). It was found that the order of aggregation ability of the four types of inorganic ions was Al3+〉Ca2+〉Mg2+〉Na+. As the coagulant content increased, the aggregation rate increased. When 5phr Al2(SO4)3 was added, the diameter of latex particles could grow to 5-7μm in 1 hour, which met the requirement of polymerized toner. The aggregation of latex particles mainly included two steps: the growing of latex particles into clusters and tbe coalescence of particle clusters.
