消旋卡多曲联合四君子合剂治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察和研究消旋卡多曲联合四君子合剂治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2010年9月至2010年12月收治的秋季腹泻患儿74例,将这些患儿随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组37例。对照组患者给予蒙脱石散治疗,观察组患者给予消旋卡多曲联合四君子合剂治疗,观察对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:经过治疗后观察组总有效率为97.29%,对照组总有效率为83.78%,观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),两组对比差异有统计学意义。结论:消旋卡多曲联合四君子合剂治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻能够取得良好的临床疗效,并且安全性较高,值得在临床上大力推广。Objective： To observe and research clinical efficacy ofracecadotril plus the Sijunzi decoction on infantile diarrhea in autumn. Methods： 74 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group from Sept. 2010 to Dec. 2010 in our hospital, 37 cases for each. The observation group was given racecadotril plus the Sijtmzi decoction. Another was given montmorillonite powder. Clinical effects in two groups were compared. Results： The total efficacy was 97.29% in the observation group, and 83.78% in another group. Clinical efficacy in observation was better. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Racecadotril plus the Sijunzi decoction were effective on infantile diarrhea in autumn, with high safety, and were worthy of promotion.
