先兆偏头痛继发脑梗塞患者C-反应蛋白和D-二聚体水平的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的:对C-反应蛋白和D-二聚体水平用于先兆偏头痛继发脑梗塞早期诊断的价值进行研究,证实其临床价值。方法:选取我院治疗的先兆偏头痛继发脑梗塞患者及同期体检的健康人员各68例作为观察和对照组,分别采用胶乳增强免疫透射比浊法和GLAUSS凝固法测定对C-反应蛋白和D-二聚体水平,并进行组间比较。结果:观察组研究对象的C-反应蛋白和D-二聚体水平均高于对照组,且具有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:C-反应蛋白和D-二聚体水平与先兆偏头痛继发脑梗塞具有密切的关系,用于临床能够改善早期诊断效果和预后预测的准确性,进而改善临床疗效及患者的生活质量。Objective： To study and prove the clinical value of level test of CRP and D-dimer in early diagnosis of cerebral infarction secondary to migraine with aura. Methods： 68 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, latex enhanced immune nephelometry and GLAUSS coagulation were applied for testing level of CRP and D-dimer. Results： Level of CRP and D-dimer in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, Conclusion： Level test of CRP and D-dimer was close to cerebral infarction secondary to migraine with aura, could improve the efficacy of early diagnosis and the accuracy of prognostic prediction and further improve the clinical efficacy and quality of patients＇ life.
