摘　　要：目的:对杨氏海派絮刺拔罐联合干预对膝关节骨关节炎临床探讨。方法:2012年2月-2013年6月本中心收治膝关节骨性关节炎中老年患者120例,根据患者意愿平分为治疗组与对照组,两组均采用保守治疗,在物理治疗的基础上加用干预措施,主要为功能锻炼与健康教育。结果:经过治疗后评定,治疗组的临床总有效率(95.0%)明显高于对照组(88.3%)(P<0.05)。治疗前两组基本资料评分对比无显著性差异(P<0.05),结合综合干预后治疗组评分明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:杨氏海派絮刺拔罐联合干预治疗能明显提高治疗效果,改善膝关节骨关节炎症状,值得推广应用。Objective： To discuss clinical effects of YANG＇S Hi-pipe acupuncture and cupping plus comprehensive intervention on knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 120 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group, two groups were given conservative treatment, while the treatment group was given intervention more, including functional training and health education. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group （95.0%） was significantly better than that （88.3%） in the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in basic information of two groups （P〉0.05）, and clinical scores in the treatment group were fewer than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： YANG＇S Hi-pipe acupuncture and cupping plus comprehensive intervention could increase clinical effects, improve clinical symptoms, and were worthy of clinical promotion.
