自制中草药熏洗在骨折术后的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的：评价探讨应用自制中草药熏洗在骨折术后的临床疗效。方法：骨折术后在肢体自主功能锻炼的基础上应用中草药在患部熏蒸，外敷，浸泡治疗，一剂中草药使用1d，分2次，每次熏洗40min，7-10d为1个疗程，连续1～3个疗程。结果：400例骨折术后患者中，优320例，良70例，差10例，优良率达99.2％。结论：因此自制中草药熏洗在骨折术后功能锻炼恢复中取得良好的临床效果，值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of TCM medicine fumigating-washing in physical exercise after fracture surgery. Methods： Patients received TCM medicine fumigating-washing based on autonomy physical exercise, 1 dose per day, 2 times per day, 40 rain per time, 7-10d as 1 course, treating for 1-3 courses. Results： In 400 cases, 320 cases were better, 70 cases were good, 10 cases were bad, the excellent rate was 99.2%. Conclusion： TCM medicine fumigating-washing was confirmed with good efficacy, and was worthy o f promotion.
