生脉液联合卡托普利治疗老年慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察生脉液联合卡托普利治疗老年慢性肺源性心脏病（肺心病）心力衰竭的疗效。方法：80例老年肺心病患者随机分为两组，对照组40例，治疗组40例，治疗组除常规治疗外，同时加用生脉液50-70mL，加入5％的葡萄糖注射液200mL中静脉滴注，30滴／min，1次／d、卡托普利片6．25～12．5mg／次，3次／d口服，14d后对两组临床治疗效果进行评价。结果：治疗组总有效率为93．0％，对照组总有效率为78．0％，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：生脉液联合卡托普利可提高老年肺心病心力衰竭病人的疗效。Objective： To observe clinical effects of Shengmai liquid combined with captopril on chronic pulmonary heart failure in elderly. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases for each. The control group was given routine treatment, and another was given Shengmai liquid 50-70 mL, adding 5% glucose injection 200 mL intravenous infusion, and captopril tablets 6.25-12.5 mg each time, 3 times a day, for 14 days of treatment, clinical effects in two groups were evaluated. Results： Total efficacy in the treatment group was 93.0%, better than 78.0% in the control,the differences was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shengmai liquid combined with captopril showed good effects on chronic pulmonary heart failure in elderly.
