镇肝熄风汤联合福辛普利治疗肝阳上亢型高血压疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨镇肝熄风汤联合福辛普利治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2013年4月-2014年2月期间收治的肝阳上亢型高血压患者210例,随机分为2组,每组105例,分别予以镇肝熄风汤联合福辛普利（观察组）和福辛普利（对照组）治疗,比较两组治疗后血压、血脂水平变化和不良反应情况。结果：观察组治疗后收缩压（129.37±8.21）mm Hg、舒张压（85.24±2.99）mm Hg均低于对照组,观察组治疗后TC（4.54±0.84）mmol/L、TG（1.51±0.68）mmol/L、HDL-C（1.52±0.79）mmol/L、LDL-C（2.51±0.65）mmol/L均低于对照组治疗后,以上差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组不良反应和对照组发生人数基本持平,无统计学意义。结论：镇肝熄风汤联合福辛普利治疗肝阳上亢型高血压降压临床效果较好,血压、血脂明显改善,不增加不良反应,适合临床广泛应用。Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of combined Zhenganxifeng decoction with fosinopril on Hyperactivity Hypertension. Method：210 hypertensive patients treated in our hospital during the April 2013 to February 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 105 cases, were given Zhenganxifeng decoction and fosinopril respectively to compare blood pressure, lipid levels, and adverse effects of the two groups after treatment. Results：Systolic blood pressure was taken after treatment as （129.37 ± 8.21）mmHg, with diastolic blood pressure of （85.24 ± 2.99）mmHg, which were lower than those in the control group？the treatment group was measured TC（4.54 ± 0.84）mmol/L, TG（1.51 ± 0.68）mmol/L, HDL-C（1.52 ± 0.79）mmol/L, LDL-C（2.51 ± 0.65）were lower than those in the control group, showing statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）？adverse reactions of the treatment group occurred basically the same as the control group with no significant difference. Conclusion：Zhenganxifeng decoction combined with fosinopril proves favorable effects on hyperactivity hypertension with improved blood pressure and lipids and no adverse reaction, which is worth clinical applications.
