摘　　要：痰瘀不仅属于糖尿病发生以及发展过程中的存在的病理产物,而且也是导致患者病情进一步恶化的关键因素,以痰瘀论为切入点对糖尿病并发症进行防治的理念已经得到医学研究人员的广泛认可和接受。归纳痰瘀病理要素与2型糖尿病并发症间的关系,有助于在痰瘀辨证客观化的基础上综合提高防治糖尿病并发症的水平。Phlegm and blood stasis not only belong to pathological products of the occurrence and development of diabetes, but also are the key factors leading to the patient′s conditions deteriorated further. In this way, starting from phlegm and blood stasis to prevent and treat complications of diabetes has been widely recognized and accepted by medical researchers. To conclude relationship between phlegm and blood stasis and type 2 diabetes complications will help improve the level of prevention and treatment of complications of diabetes, based on objective syndrome differentiation.
