呼吸机湿化罐内加痰热清注射液的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察痰热清注射液作为呼吸机湿化液用于气管切开病人的临床疗效。方法:痰热清注射液40m L加蒸馏水500m L配成药物湿化液与传统湿化液的临床应用效果进行比较。结果:观察组患者比对照组患者肺部湿啰音提前消失,血氧饱和度升高,呼吸机相关肺炎发生率明显降低,痰量明显减少,疗效明显。结论:痰热清注射液作为呼吸机湿化液具有消炎、解痉、化痰、改善肺通气的作用,可明显改善气管切开患者肺部临床症状,疗效确切。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection for ventilator wet liquid for patients with tracheotomy. Methods：To compare the effect of Tanreqing Injection 40ml plus 500ml of distilled water with medicine humidification fluid and traditional wet effect of liquid. Results：The lung wet rales of patients in the observation group disappeared earlier, blood oxygen saturation increased,ventilator associated pneumonia reduced significantly, the sputum quantity reduced obviously.The curative effect is obvious. Conclusion：Tanreqing injection for ventilator humidification fluid has the functions of diminishing inflammation, relieving spasm, reducing phlegm and improving the pulmonary ventilation function, which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with tracheotomy in the lungs with curative effect.
