川芎嗪联合黄芪治疗甘露醇所致急性肾功能衰竭38例

摘　　要：目的:观察川芎嗪注射液联合黄芪注射液在治疗甘露醇导致急性肾功能衰竭的作用。方法:甘露醇导致急性肾功能衰竭患者70例,其中38例为治疗组,32例为对照组。治疗组均给予常规治疗,包括原发病治疗、立即停用甘露醇给予利尿、控制血压,纠正水、电解质酸碱平衡紊乱,在上述治疗的基础上给予川芎嗪注射液联合黄芪注射液;对照组单纯给予常规治疗。观察治疗组和对照组疗效及两组治疗前后血生化的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率86.8%,对照组总有效率71.8%,两组差异有显著性;治疗组治疗前后各生化指标变化差异有显著性,对照组治疗前后各生化指标变化差异无显著性。结论:川芎嗪联合黄芪注射液治疗甘露醇导致急性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe the effects of tetromethylpyrazine injections combined with astragalu injections on mannitol-induced acute renal failure. Methods：70 mannitol-induced renal failure patients were divided into treatment group （of 38 cases） and control group （of 32 cases）. The treatment group was given the conventional treatment （which included primary disease treatment, immediate termination of mannitol medication and switch to alternative diuresis methods, blood pressure control and the treatment of water, electrolyte and acid/base balance disorders） combined with ligustrazine and astragalus injections. The control group received only the conventional treatment. Theraputic effectiveness and changes in blood biochemistry were monitored and measured before and after treatment to ensure treatment effects. Results：There was a significant difference between the control group and the treatment group. The therapeutic effectiveness of the treatment group was 86.6% while the therapeutic effectiveness of the control group was 71.8%. The treatment group showed significant indications of blood biochemical changes before and after treatment, whereas the control group showed no significant differences before and after treatment measures. Conclusion： The combination of Astragalu and tetromethylpyrazine injections proves significant effects on mannitol-induced acute renal failure.
