摘　　要：目的:观察消风冲剂长疗程逐量递减治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法:采用随机平行对照的临床试验,各40例,治疗组予口服消风冲剂按病情逐量递减,对照组仅于发作时予消风冲剂治疗,比较两组患者临床症状缓解及病情复发情况。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,治疗组复发率明显下降,有显著差异(P﹤0.01)。结论:消风冲剂长疗程逐量递减治疗能有效、长期预防慢性荨麻疹的复发,且安全性好。Objective：To observe effects on chronic urticaria of taking Xiaofeng Granules in diminishing amount for a long course. Methods：We adopted a randomized parallel controlled clinical trial with each group of 40 cases. The Treatment group took orally Xiaofeng Granules in diminishing amount according to conditions, while the Control group were given Xiaofeng Granules only at the onset to compare the clinical remission and recurrence of the two groups. Results：Compared to the Control group, recurrence rate the Treatment group decreased with a significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Taking Xiaofeng Granules in diminishing amount for a long course can effectively and safely prevent recurrence of chronic urticaria for a long term.
