中越边境民族地区中小学外语教育探讨

摘　　要："新海上丝绸之路"战略的提出大力推动中国—东盟自由贸易区升级,中国与东盟各国关系更加紧密。东盟多语种、多文化的语言状况对广西中越边境民族地区独尊英语的外语教育发出了挑战;通过对广西中越边境民族地区外语教育现状的调查,提出中小学外语教育应遵循师生家长的意愿、大脑语言学习规律,整合语言学习环境、多语种师资等有利条件,实行多语种、多文化的外语教育模式。＂The New Maritime Silk Road＂ strategy vigorously promotes the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, which makes China and ASEAN countries closer. The status of ASEAN multi-lingual, and multi-cultural languages challenge the domination of English Language Education in Guangxi Ethnic Regions of Guangxi-Vietnam border. Through the investigation of the foreign languages education status in Guangxi-Vietnamese border, this paper proposes that the foreign languages education in primary and secondary schools should follow the wishes teachers and parents, language learning law of the brain, environment integration of language learning, and multilingual teachers and other favorable conditions. Then the model of multi-lingual, multi-cultural foreign language education is implemented.
