摘 要:GW-RSL远程录井系统将现场采集的传感器、烃类气体、音频和视频数据传输给双向传输系统和现场录井系统,通过远程无线网络将数据实时传回基地;基地技术支持中心通过远程同步控制系统对现场设备进行控制,完成远程数据实时采集、监控、专家分析、诊断、录井作业管理等过程的操作与分析,实现基地与现场一体化录井作业。该系统由远程录井支持、远程同步控制、远程专家决策3个子系统组成,通过基地与井场间20-150 Mb/s带宽的高速数据传输通道,实现基地与现场双向闭环实时控制。现场应用表明,该系统在远程专家支撑提升技术能力、管理流程再造提高管理效率、在线实时监测分析确保安全钻井、基地现场一体化作业和减员增效等方面发挥了重要作用。GW-RSL remote mud logging system transmits field collected data of the sensors,hydrocarbon gases,audio and video data to the bi-direction transmission system and field mud logging system and returns them to the base by remote wireless network in real time.The Base Technical Support Center controls field equipment through remote synchronous control system,completing operation and analysis for remote data real-time acquisition,monitoring,controlling,expert analyzing,diagnosis,mud logging operations′management and other processes,achieving the integration of the field and base mud logging operation.The system is consisted by three sub-systems of remote mud logging support,remote synchronous control and remote expert decision.By the high-speed data transmission channel of 20~150Mb/s bandwidth between the headquarter and the wellsite,bi-direction closed-loop real-time control between the headquarter and the wellsite can be achieved.Field application showed that the system played an important role in remote expert support,enhancing the technical capacity,management process rebuilding,improving management efficiency,online realtime monitoring and analysis,ensuring drilling safety,base and site operation integration and improving staff efficiency.
