摘 要:以南昌市朝阳州污水处理厂曝气池污泥为供试对象,研究河蚬对污泥重金属的积累能力,分析重金属对河蚬软体组织的胁迫作用。结果表明,河蚬对污泥重金属的积累顺序依次为:Zn、Cu、Ni、Pb、Cr和Cd,且对Zn和Cu的积累量远高于其它4种重金属,这主要是由于污泥的Zn和Cu含量高,且Zn的活性大。电镜扫描结果表明,重金属胁迫对河蚬的外套膜、斧足和内脏器官等产生了明显的损伤,并引起了一定程度的病理变化,说明污泥重金属对河蚬产生了明显的胁迫作用。Accumulation of heavy metals in sewage sludge in river clam ( Corbicula fluminea ) and their stress effects on the soft tissues of it were analyzed and studied.The tested sewage sludge of aeration tank was collected from Chaoyangzhou municipal sewage treatment plant in Nanchang City.The experiment results show that the contents of heavy metals in river clam are Zn,Cu,Ni,Pb,Cr and Cd in the order of accumulation.Moreover,the contents of zinc and copper are much higher than those of the others.This is due to the fact that the contents of the elements in the sludge are much higher and the activity of zinc is much stronger. The electron microscope scanning pictures indicate that the mantle,axe foot and visceral organs of river clam are damaged obviously and pathological changes are induced in these organs by heavy metals in sewage sludge.
