摘  要:被称为"指纹谱"的分子拉曼谱及拉曼散射成像在生物及化学单分子识别领域具有重要应用。问题的关键是分子的拉曼散射截面小,利用金属纳米颗粒(LSP)局域场增强特性及其与金属膜(SPP)相互作用可产生比LSP(SPP)更强的局域场及尖角结构金属纳米颗粒的"热点天线"效应,可实现单分子拉曼信号的激发与辐射双共振增强效应。本文综述有关金属纳米颗粒和微纳结构金属膜相耦合增强分子拉曼信号的研究进展。The “fingerprint” Raman spectra have important application in the field of chemistry or biotechnology which makes it possible to visualize individual molecules with chemical recognition .The key question is that the Raman scattering cross section of a single molecule is very small.The localized field enhancements of the surface plasmon polaritons is the physical basement of surface enhanced Raman spectra( SERS) .The hybrid plasmons which is a kind of coupling electric field between the LSP and SPP will produce stronger electric field than the LSP or SPP alone and the nano-metal particles with sharp corners structure can produce"hot spot"effect.It can realize the double-resonance enhancement for both Raman excitation and Raman emission.This paper will summarize the progress of SERS based on nano-particles/coupled metalic structrue between nano-particles and film with micro-nano structures.
