摘 要:在液压系统中,由于节流作用,油液通过阀口会发热使温度升高,从而阀的温度会升高。阀芯阀套随着温度升高产生变形,改变了两者之间的间隙,可能造成阀芯卡紧。针对这一现象,建立滑阀多物理场耦合热力学模型,联合采用Fluent和ANSYS软件,得到油液温度场,固体温度场以及热变形规律。仿真结果表明,油液温度升高的根本原因是流体的黏性耗散,其最高温度出现在阀口附近的壁面处。固体因温度升高产生的径向变形,使得阀芯阀套的配合间隙减小,当压差较大时,会导致阀芯卡紧。In the hydraulic system, the oil can be heated up because of the throttling effect, so that the temperature of the valve rises. Due to the rise of temperature, it causes the deformation of the valve core and the valve sleeve, which changes the gap between them and may lead to the valve core clamping. A multi-discipline coupled thermo- mechanics model is established for the spool valve, combined with Fluent software and ANSYS software to obtain the temperature field of the oil and solid, and the thermal deformation law of the solid. The results show that the root cause of temperature increment is viscous dissipation of the fluid. The highest temperature of fluid appears on the wall near the valve port. Due to the rise of the temperature of solid, the radial deformation of it reduces the fit clearance between the valve core and the valve sleeve. When the differential pressure is relatively high, it can lead to a valve core clamping.
