摘　　要：为帮助齿轮企业技术研发部门及时收集和快速查阅有关齿轮研发的技术知识及经验数据,通过分析齿轮企业技术研发部门的文档构成特点和管理需要,提出动态和静态相结合的文档管理模式,进行文档管理系统的功能分析、结构设计、编程实施等研究,完成了齿轮企业技术研发部门文档管理系统的架构设计,为后续编制系统软件提供参考.To help R＆D department of gear enterprise to preserve timely and look up technical knowledge and empirical data on study of gear quickly, this paper puts forward a management mode combining dynamic with static by analyzing the characteristics of document and the needs of management of R＆D department of gear enterprise, and conducts research of functions analysis, structure design and implementation of the programme of the document management system, and finishes architecture design of RInD department of gear enterprise to prepare for subsequent establishment of the system .
