摘  要:利用多体动力学理论,建立了弧齿锥齿轮传动模型。在综合考虑箱体加载状态下各零件所引起的系统叠加变形基础上,结合有限元法进行了轮齿接触分析,研究了实际工况下轮齿受力、齿面接触、传递误差、振动幅度等影响啮合质量的主要因素。依据动态齿面接触分析中轮齿应力集中和边缘接触等啮合缺陷,进行了轮齿齿面修形,并且对比了修形前后影响啮合质量的轮齿受力及传递误差等因素,提出了改善轮齿接触和动态特性的修形方案。与传统方法相比,该方法可以有效减少试验费用,缩短开发周期。Based on the theory of multi-body dynamics, a simulation model of spiral bevel gears is built up. Finite element method and LTCA method are combined to analyze the acting force, contact zone, transmission error, amplitude of vibration engagement, considering system deformation caused and other main factors affecting the quality of by elastic deformation of each components. The gear modification is completed according to stress concentration, edge contact and other meshing problems obtained by the dynamic tooth contact analysis. Solutions are proposed to improve quality of engagement, through the comparison of acting force, transmission error and other factors between before and after the modification. Compared with traditional methods, this method can avoid the qualitative evaluation relying on the experiences, and effectively reduce the experiment cost and shorten development cycle.
