摘  要:采用5个反应器(1#,2#,3#,4#和5#),其中1#为单独酸(p H3.0)调节,2#为单独碱(p H10.0)调节,3#,4#为酸碱联合调节,3#为先酸(p H3.0)后碱(p H10.0)调节,4#为先碱(p H10.0)后酸(p H3.0)调节,5#为p H不调的对比试验,对比分析了不同的酸碱调节过程中剩余污泥比阻值的变化.结果表明,污泥经先酸后碱调节(3#反应器)后比阻值比其他调节方式的更小,说明这种调节方式更利于污泥脱水;同时研究了先酸后碱调节(3#反应器)过程中,污泥上清液的浊度、Zeta电位和平均粒径的变化情况,结果表明,浊度、Zeta电位、平均粒径分别在3.18~149,NTU、-13.4^-0.899,m V、6.11~9.18,μm之间变动,且由酸调节为碱时,浊度明显减小,Zeta电位明显增高.Five reactors (1^#, 2^#, 3^#, 4^# and 5^#) were set up to analyze the effect of different acid-base regulations on the specific resistance to filtration (SRF)of wasted sludge, pH was controlled with only acidic regulation (pH 3.0)for Reactor No. 1 and only alkalinity regulation (pH 10.0)for Reactor No.2. Reactors No.3 and No.4 are acid-alkali joint regulations, namely the pH of Reactor No.3 changed from acidity (pH 3.0)to alkalinity (pH 10.0)while pH of Reactor No.4 was trans- formed from alkalinity (pH 10.0)to acidity (pH 3.0). The control experiment without any regulation was conducted in Reac- tor No.5. The results show that the SRF of sludge in the third reactor was the minimum, so the third regulation was more beneficial to sludge dewatering. Then the changes of turbidity, Zeta potential and average particle size of sludge supernatant at the acid-alkali joint adjustment stage of the third reactor was also studied. The results show that the values of turbidity, Zeta potential and average particle size were changed between 3.18 ~ 149NTU, -13.4 ~ -0.899mV, 6.11 ~9.18 μm respec- tively, and when the sludge was regulated from acid to alkalinity, the turbidity decreased and Zeta potential increased dis- tinctly.
