摘  要:设计了采用厚规格连铸坯生产薄规格船板的工艺技术,并分析了两种不同轧制工艺下生产的薄规格EH40的力学性能和显微组织的差异。结果表明,自开坯工艺会显著影响到钢板的低温冲击韧性和微观组织。不合适的自开坯工艺使钢板混晶严重,并产生较多尺寸较大的异常晶粒,对钢板的低温冲击韧性不利。而采用大压下量、少道次数完成自开坯,会减轻钢板的混晶程度,消除尺寸较大的异常晶粒,显著提升钢板的低温冲击韧性。In this article, rolling process that how to make thin plates using thick casting slabs was designed. The difference of mechanical property and microstructure of EH40 with two different rolling processes were also researched. The results showed that the self-cogging process had obvious influences on the low temperature toughness and microstructure of plates. An unreasonable self-cogging process can cause terrible mixed crystal and some bigger grains, which have bad effects on the low temperature toughness. If less passes were used in self-cogging process by applying bigger draft every pass, good microstructure was gained. The grain was uniform and small, and plates have excellent low temperature toughness.
