摘  要:智能变电站通信系统信息的端到端传输时延上界计算及对此确定上界的定量评价对前期网络设计及运行过程中实时性能评价都具有重要意义。针对智能变电站通信网络中突发信息流具有自相似性的特点,引入分形漏桶模型对智能变电站突发信息流进行信息建模,应用确定网络演算和统计网络演算计算端到端信息传输的确定时延上界及统计时延分布,不仅能够在信息传输前准确判断传输时延能否满足时限要求,而且通过统计时延分布客观评价了该上确界的悲观程度。最后通过实例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。The deterministic upper bounds of end-to-end time delay of information transmission and its quantitative evaluation of the communication network in smart substation are important to the early network topology design and real time performance evaluation in operation process.By modeling the emergency information in Fractal Leaky Bucket for its self-similarity,this paper uses the deterministic network calculus and statistical network calculus to calculate the deterministic upper bounds and time delay and its statistical distribution.By this method,we can not only accurately determine whether the time delay can satisfy the requirements of the transmission,but also objectively evaluate the pessimistic degree of the upper bounds.At last,an instance of smart substation is used to validate the feasibility and efficiency of the method.
