摘　　要：文章概述了电磁轨道炮的基本原理及特点，介绍了国外电磁轨道炮的发展历程和最新研究进展，特别是针对美国和日本近期对电磁轨道炮研究所取得的成果进行了阐述，并对电磁轨道炮相关的脉冲功率电源、材料技术和发射装置设计等关键技术进行了综述，指出了目前电磁轨道炮实用化和武器化面，临的技术难题，并对电磁轨道炮的未来发展趋势和军事应用前景进行了分析。This paper summarizes the basic principles and characteristics of electromagnetic （EM） railgun, introduces the development course of and latest progress in foreign EM railgunin, especially in USA and Japan. Then the paper summarizes the key technologies of EM railgun such as pulse power supply, material technology and design of launching device, points out the technical problem about utilization and weaponization of EM railgun, and finally analyzes future development trend and prospect of military application of EM railgun.
