摘　　要：电网统一视频监控平台的成功部署,实现了视频数据共享,避免了建设重复投资。由于视频数据量大,占用资源多,5个以上用户同时轮巡时,协议转换服务(PTS)就会异常退出,针对退出原因进行分析,通过修改源程序,提高了系统可靠性。The successful deployment of the unified video monitoring platform, realizing the sharing of video data, avoiding the repeated investment. But it takes up more resources because of the large amount of video data, protocol conversion software （PTS） will abnormally exit when five or more users view video at the same time, the reason of protocol conversion software （PTS） abnormally exit was analyzed, the reliability of the system was improved by up dating source code.
