“太阳能旅游”的表现形式、作用机制与开发研究——以西藏自治区为例

摘　　要："太阳能旅游"作为一种新的旅游业态,是低碳经济和低碳旅游的重要表现形式,日益引起社会各界的广泛关注,成为国内外旅游学术界开始关注的研究领域。提出了"太阳能旅游"的概念,在此基础上分析了"太阳能旅游"的四种表现形式,探讨了五方面的作用机制,即当地政府的政策推动、旅游企业的效益推动、旅游者的需求推动、当地居民的利益推动和旅游产业的内在推动。以西藏地区为例,进行了实证研究,探讨了"太阳能旅游"开发的基础条件和开发策略,以期能对我国"太阳能旅游"开发的理论完善和实践发展提供有益思路和借鉴。＂Solar tourism＂ as a kind of new forms of operation in the tourism industry, was a low carbon economy and low carbon tourism important form of expression, inereasingly caused the extensive concern of the society from all walks of life, became tourism academic circles at home and abroad which began to pay close attention to the research field. This paper tentatively put forward the concept of ＂solar tourism＂. On this basis, this paper analyzed the ＂solar tourism＂ four forms, probed into the mechanism of action of five aspects, namely, the local government policies to promote, the benefit of the tourist enterprise to promote, tourists＇ needed to promote, the interests of the local residents in the tourism industry to promote and inner drive, and then taking Xizang Autonomous Region as an example studied and discussed the development of ＂solar tourism＂ basic condition and development strategy in China, so as to give ＂solar tourism＂ development theory perfect and practice the ideas and to provide useful reference.
