摘　　要：农民工作为城乡主体的核心,其主体意识的培养是提高主体素质的前提和基础,是统筹城乡发展必备的主体条件,只有主体意识的萌动与觉醒,才会有主体思想、心理、态度、行为的转变和提升,统筹城乡发展的战略目标才会实现。Migrant workers are the urban and rural core subjects. Cultivating their subject consciousness is the premise and basis of improving the quality of main body and the main body of the necessary conditions for urban and rural development. Only awakening of the subject consciousness can transform and promote will the subject thought, the psychology, the attitude and the behavior, and achieve the strategic goal of urban and rural development.
