摘  要:在大垄双行栽培模式下,对不同有机物料及其混施对玉米不同生育期土壤酶活性的动态变化进行了研究。试验包括6个处理,分别为冷粪培肥、热粪培肥、秸秆培肥、冷热混施、秸粪混施和常规对照。结果表明:土壤酶活性随玉米生育期的变化呈现出明显的规律性,且6种培肥处理下酶活性的变化趋势基本一致。在提高土壤转化酶、脲酶和中性磷酸酶活性上冷粪培肥、热粪培肥和秸粪混施处理均具有显著效果,除秸秆培肥外其他各培肥处理对土壤过氧化氢酶活性影响均不大。在玉米生育时期内土壤酶活性的动态变化各不相同。各处理中过氧化氢酶、转化酶、脲酶和中性磷酸酶均是在大喇叭口期或者灌浆期、拔节期或者大喇叭口期、拔节期、大喇叭口期出现峰值。The dynamic changes of soil enzyme activities in the growing phases of corn were determined under the double line at one width ridge cultivation mode in six treatments.The treatments were included in the experiment consisted of dung manure,chicken manure,straw manure,dung and chicken,dung,chicken and straw,un-amended control.The results showed that:With the corn growing the enzyme activities of different treatments changed regularly and had the same trend.Dung manures,chicken manures and straw combined with dung and straw showed significant effects on improving soil invertase,urease and neutral phosphatase activities,and all treatments had no effects on catalase activities except straw manures.The dynamic changes of soil enzyme activities were different at different phases of corn growth.There was a maximum in different soil enzyme activities,for catalase in filling or large bell stage,for invertase in jointing or large bell stage,for urease in jointing stage and for neutral-phosphatase in large bell stage.
