摘 要:为了解生态恢复对沙化草地土壤活性有机碳的影响,通过野外实地调查,选取了生态恢复分别为0,2,4,6,8a的区域作为研究对象,并结合土壤样品的采集和室内分析,研究了川西北沙化草地不同生态恢复年限土壤有机碳和活性有机碳组分含量及其变化特征。结果表明:生态恢复过程中沙化草地各土层土壤有机碳、溶解性有机碳、易氧化有机碳、微生物量碳含量均有不同程度增加,其中0-20cm土层变化最为明显,不同生态恢复年限土壤有机碳、溶解性有机碳、易氧化有机碳、微生物量碳含量均达到了极显著差异水平(P<0.01)。生态恢复8a后沙化草地土壤有机碳、溶解性有机碳、易氧化有机碳、微生物量碳含量分别为6.14g/kg,55.43mg/kg,0.86g/kg,128.94mg/kg,均高于未生态恢复的沙化草地,且呈极显著差异(P<0.01);20-40cm和40-60cm土层土壤有机碳、溶解性有机碳、易氧化有机碳、微生物量碳含量也呈现出逐步增加的特征,但其增加幅度及差异显著性均不及0-20cm土层。沙化草地植被盖度对土壤0-20cm土层响应更为明显,活性有机碳组分之间呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05)。In order to reveal the soil active organic carbon variation characteristics of sandy grassland in process of ecological restoration in the Northwestern Sichuan,the sandy grassland which ecological restoration age were 0year,2years,4years,6years and 8years had been taken as research objects,and the variation characteristics of soil active organic carbon in sandy grassland in different age of ecological restoration had been studied through field investigation,samples collection and laboratory analysis.The results showed that:The content of soil SOC,DOC,ROC,MBC in process of ecological restoration had different degree increased.In 0-20 cm soil layer,the variation were most obvious,the content of those four kinds of substance reached extremely remarkable level in different restoration age(P〈0.01).The content of soil SOC,DOC,ROC,MBC respectively were 6.14g/kg,55.43 mg/kg,0.86g/kg,128.94 mg/kg after ecological restoration 8years,those four kinds of substance were significantly higher than ecological restoration 0year.The content of soil SOC,DOC,ROC,MBC of the 20-40 cm and 40-60 cm in sandy grassland showed a gradual increased,but its variations and differences were less than 0-20 cm.Vegetation cover in response to soil 0-20 cm became more apparent.There was an extremely significant positive or significant positive correlation between soil DOC,ROC,MBC and SOC.
