摘 要:为研究混种对超富集植物的重金属修复效果,通过盆栽和小区试验,研究了镉超富集植物牛膝菊(Galinsogaparviflora)混种镉富集植物荠菜(Capsella bursa-pastoris)、碎米荠(Cardamine hirsuta)和猪殃殃(Galium aparine)对其镉积累的影响。结果表明:与单种相比,混种猪殃殃提高了牛膝菊单株地上部分生物量和整株生物量,混种荠菜及碎米荠则降低了牛膝菊单株地上部分生物量和整株生物量,但各个混种处理的植物总生物量均介于2种植物单种之间。混种荠菜、碎米荠和猪殃殃均提高了牛膝菊地上部分镉含量,其中,盆栽试验分别较牛膝菊单种提高了35.16%,52.26%和17.42%,小区试验分别较牛膝菊(单种)提高了18.45%,25.24%和12.62%。牛膝菊混种碎米荠的地上部分镉积累总量高于各自单种,其余混种处理均介于2种植物单种之间。小区试验中,牛膝菊混种碎米荠的单位面积地上部分镉积累总量达340.74μg/m2,分别较牛膝菊单种和碎米荠单种提高了15.40%和4.57%。因此,牛膝菊混种碎米荠能够用于提高镉污染土壤的修复效果。To study the effects of intercropping on heavy metal phytoremediation of hyperaccumulator,the pot and field experiments were conducted to study the effects of Cd-accumulators Capsellabursa pastoris,Cardamine hirsute and Galium aparine intercropping with Cd-hyperaccumulator Galinsogaparviflora on cadmium accumulation of G.parviflora.The results showed that:Intercropping with G.aparineimproved the shoot biomass and whole plant biomass of G.parviflora,and intercropping with C.bursa-pastoris and C.hirsutareduced the shoot biomass and whole plant biomass of G.parvifloracompared with monoculture of G.parviflora.In the intercropping system,the total biomass of plants was between the monoculture of two species.By intercropping with C.bursa-pastoris,C.hirsute and G.aparine,all of the cadmium contents in shoots of G.parvifloraincreased,which increased by 35.16%,52.26% and 17.42% respectively compared with monoculture in pot experiment,and increased by 18.45%,25.24% and 12.62%respectively compared with monoculture in plot experiment.The total cadmium accumulation in shoots of G.parviflora and C.hirsutaintercropping system was higher than monoculture of this two species respectively,and the other intercropping treatments were between the monoculture of two species.In plot experiment,the unit area of total cadmium accumulation in shoots of G.parvifloraand C.hirsutaintercropping system was 340.74μg/m^2,which improved by 15.40% and 4.57% compared with the monocultures of G.parviflora and C.hirsute respectively.Therefore,Galinsogaparvifloraintercropping with Cardamine hirsuta could be used to enhance the remediation effects of cadmium contaminated soil.
