摘　　要：[目的]以基本药物政策为基础,选择与基本药物可及性相关的代表性指标,初步建立宁夏地区基本药物可及性评价指标体系。[方法]采用访谈、文献复习法对数据进行收集和处理,运用专家咨询法对指标进行筛选和修正。[结果]地理指标、经济指标、技术指标及其下属的二级指标和三级指标具有一定的科学性、权威性。[结论]宁夏基本药物可及性评价指标的建立,为基本药物制度在宁夏更好的发展提供有益的参考。Objective This article is based on the basic drug policy, Select representative indicators with essential medicine accessibility, to establish evaluation indicators system of essential medicine accessibility in Ningxia at first. Methods We make use of interviewing method and literature review to collect the data and deal with them, and then conduct the expert consultation method to select as well as rectify the index. Results Geographical indicators, economic indicators, technical indicators and the indicators which sudbordinate to secondary and tertiary are scientificity and authority. Conclusions The establishment of evaluation indicators of essential medicines in Ningxia will provide a useful reference for developing essential medicine system better.
