摘　　要：[目的]研究2007-2012年辽宁省卫生总费用筹资水平与结构,为卫生政策的制定提供参考依据。[方法]从筹资来源法的角度,利用时间序列数据构建卫生总费用量化指标对比图表,分析2007-2012年辽宁省卫生总费用的筹资总量、筹资比重、筹资结构、变化趋势。[结果]2007-2012年辽宁省卫生总费用总量持续增长,医改成效显现;卫生筹资结构日益优化,个人负担逐年减轻。[结论]政府应从宏观层面上积极调整卫生总费用内部结构、区域结构,提高资源配置的合理性和使用效率,倡导以公共筹资为主导的卫生筹资,以实现医疗卫生体制改革健康发展。Objective To research the financing level and structure of total health expenditure in Liaoning province from 2007 to 2012, provide references for the establishment of health policy. Methods From the perspective of financing sources, build quantitative index comparison charts of total health expenditure by time-series data. Analyzes financing total amount, ratio, structure and variation trend of total health expenditure from 2007 to 2012. Results The total amount of health expenditure from 2007 to 2012 in Liaoning province grew sustainably with the achievement of medical reform. Health financing structure was increasingly optimized, releasing the individual burden year by year. Conclusions Government should actively adjust the internal and area structure of total health expenditure on the macroscopic. Source disposition and use efficiency should be improved. Meanwhile, public-oriented health financing should be advocated for the purpose of healthy development of medical system reform.
