云南省2011年乡镇卫生院卫生资源和服务现状分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析云南省2011年乡镇卫生院卫生资源和医疗服务现状,为进一步优化乡镇卫生院卫生资源配置提供依据。[方法]通过查询云南省卫生统计年鉴和国家卫生统计年鉴收集相关数据,与全国平均水平进行比较分析。[结果]2011年全省乡镇卫生院机构数为1386个,其中执业(助理)医师10,626人,注册护士6362人,全省每千农业人口乡镇卫生院人员数0.69人;全省每千农业人口乡镇卫生院床位数0.93;98.76%万元以上的设备是50万元以下的设备,全省乡镇卫生院病床使用率为54.64%,平均住院日为5.71天。[结论]2011年,云南省乡镇卫生院存在卫生资源不足和浪费并存现象,每千农业人口乡镇卫生院人员数、每千农业人口乡镇卫生院床位数、病床使用率均低于同期西部地区和全国平均水平,云南省应加强乡镇卫生院人才队伍、卫生设施建设,充分利用现有卫生资源,提高乡镇卫生院医疗服务质量。Objective To analyze the health resources and medical service in township health centers in 2011 in Yunnan province, so as to provide the basis for further optimizing allocation of health resources in township health centers. Methods Collected the related data from Yunnan and national Health Statistics Yearbook, and compared with the national average level. Results The township health centers number were 1386 in 2011 in Yunnan Province, licensed （assistant） physicians were 10626, registered nurses were 6362. There were township hospital staff per thousand rural population, beds were 0.93 per thousand rural population. 98.76%equipments above 10000 yuan were lower than 500000 yuan. Sickbed usage rate was 54.64%, average hospitalization days was 5.71. Conclusions Lacking and wasting of health resources were coexisting in township health centers, medical staffs and beds personnel per thousand rural population in township health centers, sickbed usage rate are all lower than western region and national average level. It is proposed to strengthen medical staff team, sanitation facilities construction in township health centers, take full advantage of existing health resources, to improve health service quality in township health centers.
